may 9, 4-ish pm, we arrived in hongkong international airport. we got picked up by a "coach" (that's shuttle to them), along with other pinoy tourists. we were dropped off in marco polo prince in tsim sha tsui, kowloon side. waah, love the hotel. hahaha. it's connected to the harbour city mall kaya ang saya. around 6pm, we decided to do some "exploring" and few minutes after, we found ourselves facing the big big giordano store along the loooooong nathan road. saya. haha. blah, shopped, then i got hungry so we tried to find a good resto but when we did, sooobrang daming tao. badtrip. we ended up with room service. haha.
may 10
woke up around 5:30am. waah, ang hirap. haha. had free breakfast at cafe de coral. saw a creepy lady with long, sadako-ish uncombed hair, talking to her BAG. no shit. today was the first day of our tour. we went to the waterfront, took some pictures and left for the jewelry factory. omg, ganda ng mga alahas (haha) pero sobrang expensive. some of our "tour-mates" even went back to their hotel to get lotsa money. hahaha. napasubo. we met some new "friends" by the way. hahaha. then we went to the factory outlet for the pasalubongs. YUMMY champoy. shiyet, kaka-addict. we left at 12:30pm for disneyland. hiyaay. hahaha. when we got there, we found out that the distance from the parking lot to the main park entrance was WOAHHH. pamatay. sabayan pa ng init. arggh. by the time we got to the entrance, i was really cranky. hahaha. ang init ng ulo ko, literally and figuratively speaking. i got 5 shades darker. shitty. negra. hahaha. anyway, we took pictures and ate at the starliner diner.the good thing about there is that when you enter the shops/diners, sobrang lamig. the moment you step in there, the heat and sweat evaporates just like that. even their toilets are fully airconditioned. hahaha. kahit tumambay lang ako sa cr buong hapon, ayos na. anyway, to sum up my first disney experience--it was *magical* (nyaha). everything was "woah" for me and my mom-- first timers. we're not disney virgins anymore. hahaha.:p it was really fun, despite the heat and chinese-speaking mickey and co. haha. badtrip yun o, sa golden mickeys, magchinese ba raw. e puro tourists kaya nanonood. HALLER. hahaha. the view of the castle with the fireworks above it was really...dreamy. hahaha. yuck, ang cheesy, pero totoo. ohh, dont let me get started on the souvenir items--they're 'to die for' but their prices are 'to die for' also. mehn, $150 for a mickey headband? kaasar. anyway, we ended our long and hot "adventure" with a dinner at the royal banquet, snapshot with goofy and the fireworks. i cant wait to go back there with friends! :D
may 11...
is ocean park day:D love it there. we met our tour guide, jenny. she's funny:D it was super hot there too. i got another 5 shades darker. di na ko makita sa dilim, swear. good luck nalang no. anyway, ocean park is divided into 2 parts--lowland and the headland. jenny told us that the lowland is meant for "kids only". hahaha. the rides there are for chickens (ahem, natamaan ako). haha. we stayed there for 10 minutes--just to see the pandas. we saw only one of them because the other one was sleeping daw. aww. haha. cutie ng pandaaaaaaaa. sarap ihug.:D we went to the cable car station to take a 10 minute ride to get to the headland. 10 minutes took foreverrrrr. swear. pero enjoy naman:D i love cable cars. hahaha. so ang layo rin pala ng lowland sa headland. ilang bundok din yung nalampasan namin. pano kaya yung mga taong ayaw sumakay? good luck nalang sa kanila sa paglalakad. parang nilakad mo narin ang buong hongkong. haha. saya sa headland. we went to the atoll reef and wow, ang gandaaa. @_@ we were supposed to eat in mcdo because they had a stall there, but it was too hotttttt. di namin kinaya so bayview restaurant nalang. haha. we rode some rides (di na pang chickens) and we were bummed when we found out that the dolphin show would start at 3pm pa. eh we were scheduled to leave at 2pm because of the night tour blah. so yon. after more sightseeing in ocean park, we had to leave. :( ang saya nung escalators. hahaha. ang haba na nga, ang bagal pa. hahaha.
Night tour
after getting dropped off from the ocean park, we rested in the hotel for some time, then we had to leave for the night tour. we ate at this chinese seafood restaurant with our "tour-mates". kinagat ako ng something dun. kainis. haha. after eating, we went to the night market for some cheap shopping. they had 3 streets--the ladies' street, electronic street and the sports street. shopped and bargained with the cranky chinese sellers (hahaha). it was really funny when my mom bugged one seller just for fun. sobrang inis talaga siya. HAHAHA. after shopping at the night market, we went to the tram station to get to the peak. saya mag peak tram:D it's like a train, but it takes you high up in the mountain. 45 degrees inclination huh. it felt like riding a roller coaster pero paakyat lang. it was really cold up in the mountain. the view from the peak was beeyoootiful. hongkong at its best talaga. we left after 30 minutes of sightseeing and window shopping at the peak galleria. we didn't ride the tram going down. sayang, kala ko pa naman makikita ko ulit yung "robotic" driver.
may 12
my mom and i checked out around 11am. we left our luggage at the hotel before going out for some more shopping. it was super tiriiiing. cant believe we walked lang around the city. hahaha. shiyet. we gave up because we couldnt find a decent mall, so we decided to go to DFS (duty free store blah) along canton road. super nakakalugmok magwindow shop dun kasi puro signature stuff like dkny, LV, etc. we walked back to our hotel and waited for tita angelica, my mom's high school friend. we went to harbour city, this super nice mall beside our hotel. nakakainis, kung kelan last day na, saka palang kami pupunta dun. hahaha. super bitin talaga yung four days sa HK. akala ko okay na yun since ang liit lang naman ng HK. pero hindiiii. sobrang daming pwedeng gawin. anyway, we ate in this super yummy vietnamese resto called "rice paper". yum yum. they were taking so much time eating, so i decided to check out other shops there like zara. it's super cheap there compared with zara here in the philippines. after doing some last minute shopping, we said our goodbyes and we left for the airport. i swear, that will not be my last time there. HAHAHA. i will go back with friends:D

we had another 'talk' in starbucks and this time, it wasn't about 'lienne's dilemma', but about college. :(
waaaaaaaah. seryoso, ang sad talaga. di ko alam kung pano na ko. hahahha. we're going to start all over again. e naman, sobrang di ko na alam yung feeling maging new kid sa school. prep pa kasi yun. uuuugh.
nung gumana na yung escalator (dont ask. haha), we went up to buy movie tickets of aquamarine. oh yeah. we're suckers for chick flicks. haha. beaj seemed to find it too funny though. she almost choked to death. hahaha.
oh yeah, before the movie nga pala, we played a game called "ibigay mo na pasalubong mo, bea". haahhaah. it went on for like 30 minutes?! hahahaa. ewan. thanks for the pasalubong, bea!=) lame lame ka dyan.
tapos we played air hockey in powerstation. omg ang saya talaga. hahahhaha. sigaw kami nang sigaaaw. it was a good exercise, though. sobrang pinagpawisan. hahah.
we left eastwood after the movie. we hailed a taxi, picked up gel and bea and i were dropped off in mcdo commonwealth. saw cam there!!! =)
oh wow, bea and i almost walked home if it weren't for my lolo who saw us along don antonio drive. sayang, malapit na e. waahhaah. i asked him to drop us off at the bf clubhouse. may inaabangan e. :p

i'll be leaving in a few minutes. di parin ako makapaniwala. hahaha. e kamusta naman (marielle style :p) 6am ako ginising ng nanay ko e 10 am pa naman kami masusundo dito. ughhhhhhh. di naman ako ganun kabagal. haahah.
